Jan McGuire came to the Foundation in January 2007, bringing with her an understanding of the community; a solid grasp of compliance, managment, and confidentiality; and over 28 years of financial experience.

Current activities and professional associations include: Leadership Midland Alumi Association; Zonta Club of Midland; Midland Chamber Foundation (Board Member); United Way of Midland County; Mitten Bay Girl Scout Women of Distinction Reception (Committee Member); Mitten Bay Girl Scout (Board Member); Midland Blooms (Chair); Windover High School (Board Member); Little Forks Conservancy (Board Member); Council of Michigan Foundations; and Council on Foundations.

Honors she has received include the Midland Chamber of Commerce Athena Award (1994), the Mitten Bay Girl Scouts Woman of Distinction Award (2000), and Leadership Midland Alumni Leader of the Year Award (2001).
