2008-2013 Vision, Mission and Strategic Plan

Every five years, the Midland Area Community Foundation revitalizes our strategic plan. In 2008, the Trustees, along with the staff and key community leaders developed a new, revitalized 5 year plan. This new plan will be actively managed by the trustees via quarterly reviews/updates.

Vision Statement:
“Enriching and improving the quality of life in our community today and for future generations.”

Mission Statement:
“Strengthening our community by providing leadership, fostering collaboration on local needs and issues, and encouraging a legacy of giving through grants, scholarships, and events.”
