Applicants:
Applicants must request that TWO individuals complete a reference form. References CANNOT be from family or friends, they should be from an employer, teacher, professor, etc. These requests will be made through e-grant as part of the application process. The reference MUST appear on the forms in the space provided ONLY, no attachments or letters of recommendation will be accepted.
References:If you have been asked to fill out a reference form for one of our scholarship applicants please use the link below to download the form. Once you have filled out the form please go back to the email request that you received and use the link to upload the form directly to their application. Please note: only the content on the front side of this form will be considered by the evaluating committee. Additional text or attachments will NOT be taken into consideration and could cause the application to be considered incomplete. These forms are fillible PDF forms which unfortunately you are not able to save once you have filled them out. There are a couple options for getting them to us electronically via the link you were provided. 1. You can print the form once you have filled it out, then scan it to your computer, save it and upload it via the link provided (which of course defeats the purpose of paperless scholarships). 2. You can download "cutePDF" for free to your computer. This will allow you to save the form without having to print and scan it. Once you have downloaded "cutePDF" you will actually go into your print options and for your printer choose "cutePDF", it will then bring you up a box to choose where you would like to save the form.
