Carlsen Family Scholarship

To provide an annual scholarship at the undergrad level to a Mildand County resident, at least 28 yrs of age, whose formal education has been delayed. Successful completion of 24 cr hours at an accredited community college, college or university in the state of Michigan is a prerequisite. Financial need is a major factor in the selection.
