To provide for the design, development and construction of the Pere Marquette Rail Trail sculptures which will serve as a tool to generate interest in the study of astrology, science, and mathematics in addition to enhancing the Pere Marquette Rail Trail.
Assist with the expenses of designing, developing and constructing a linear park on the Pere-Marquette Railroad bed from Coleman through Isabella County to the west city limits of Clare.
