To provide an annual scholarship award to a high school senior to assist him/her in pursuing higher education. For a resident of Midland County who is a high school senior having demonstrated academic accomplishment and financial need, who will be attending a Michigan four-year college or University. Demonstrated community service is also desirable, but not required. The scholarship may be renewable; that is, a student may reapply for this award in subsequent years if it was originally awarded to him/her as a senior in high school.
