To provide an annual scholarship award to a graduate of a Midland County or Gladwin County high school with strong preference given to a graduate of Meridian High School or Gladwin High School. The successful applicant is one who is attending Michigan State University, is studying engineering and has already completed two years of college or more with a grade point average of 2.0 or above. If all factors are equal, preference will be given to an individual with financial need. This scholarship is renewable if the recipient continues to meet the scholarship guidelines.
