To provide an annual college scholarship award, to be used for tuition only, to a graduating high school senior who is also a member of the Boys Varsity Soccer Team at Dow High School. If at some point the fund grows large enough to offer additional scholarships, members of the other soccer organizations could also be considered. Academics and character will be the deciding criteria for this award.
