To provide an annual scholarship award to a graduate or graduating senior of Midland Public Schools. Successful applicant(s) will be planning to attend Michigan State University, University of Michigan, or Saginaw Valley State University to pursue the study of mathematics, chemistry, computer science, and/or social sciences (defined as psychology, sociology, political science). Successful applicants will have achieved academic honors such as honor roll, dean’s list, or equivalent. Preference will be given to students who exhibit financial need. Once awarded, students are eligible to receive the scholarship through completion of their bachelor’s degree.
