To provide an annual scholarship award to a high school senior to assist him/her in pursuing higher education. The purpose of the fund is to finance a scholarship for a resident of Midland County who is a high school senior having demonstrated academic accomplishment and financial need. The scholarship may be renewable; that is, a student may reapply for this award in subsequent years if it was originally awarded to him/her as a senior in high school.education.
