Is to provide an annual scholarship award to a resident of Clare County who is pursuing a career in the medical field and is enrolled in or plans to enroll at accredited college, university, or certificate program. Preference will be given to applicants who have shown resilience in overcoming personal, educational, or financial challenges. Preference will be given to applicants with demonstrated financial need.
