Provide an annual scholarship award to a resident of Midland County who is either a graduating senior or current college students. The successful recipient would demonstrate financial need, and would show how he/she is overcoming or has overcome a personal or family difficulty. The successful recipient would also demonstrate a recent commitment to achieving academic success and would be driven to pursuit of service-oriented career, such as health/nursing/medicine, education, etc.
