Is to provide an annual scholarship to graduating seniors or graduates of Midland County public high schools who are pursuing a degree or certification as first responders (including emergency medical technicians, paramedics, law enforcement, firefighting, and central dispatch) or social work or mental health services/advocacy. Preference will be given to applicants who demonstrate financial need. Preference will be given to students who are children of the fields listed above.
