To provide an annual scholarship award to a graduating senior from Meridian High School who participated in the band program with a GPA of 3.0 or better. The recipient may be pursuing an education in music as either their major/minor or if their major/minor is in another field but they intend to be part of a college performing ensemble such as the marching band, jazz band or concert band.
