Provide an annual scholarship award to a junior or senior in college who has been admitted to a College of Education and plans to become an educator. Successful applicants will have graduated from a Midland County high school and will have a positive record of community service and/or extra curricular activities. Previous recipients of the scholarships are encouraged to reapply.
