To provide an annual scholarship award to a graduate of a Midland County high school or a current Midland County resident pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree in the field of vision care, audiology, or special education. Preference will be given to a current college or graduate student studying: 1) a vision care field, 2) an audiology field, then 3) a special education field. GPA and financial need will be taken into consideration and previous recipients may reapply.
