To provide an annual scholarship award to Midland County residents pursuing degree or certification in construction skilled trades, including, but not limited to electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, welding, and machine repair and mechanics. Preference will be given to individuals with demonstrated financial need. This scholarship is renewable for additional years to applicants meeting scholarship requirements.
