The mission of The Stafford/Rusch Preschool Scholarship Preschool Scholarship Endowment Fund is to provide grants in conjunction with the Ready for School preschool scholarship program to the Midland County Great Start Collaborative or other related entity that operates a scholarship program to assist with the cost of preschool education. The purpose of the Fund is to finance the Stafford/Rusch Preschool Scholarship Preschool Scholarship in conjunction with the Ready for School Preschool Scholarship Fund.
