To provide an annual scholarship award to a graduating senior or graduate of a Midland County high school who is attending Michigan State University and planning to enter veterinary medicine, animal science or a related-field working with animals. The successful applicant will have a grade point average of 3.0 or above. Financial need is not a factor.
