The mission of The TCF Bank Employee Assistance Fund is to support TCF Bank employees who qualify and who have suffered an emergency hardship as a direct effect of the recent presidentially declared disaster, as well as future hardships that may arise from time to time. The purpose of The TCF Bank Employee Assistance Fund is to provide financing in support of this mission.
