Weyant M. Pangborn was a long time employee of the City of Midland who held in the course of his employment numerous positions including that of Finance Director, City Clerk, City Treasurer, and City Manager. He had a deep and abiding concern for employees of the City of Midland and in particular a great interest in the furtherance of educational goals by employees in the classified service of the city and their dependents.
