Midland County Youth Action Council (MCYAC) is a project of the Midland Area Community Foundation, and is made possible through the Council of Michigan Foundations and supported by a grant from the W.K. Kellogg Foundation.  The Midland Area community Foundation strengthens our community by providing leadership, fostering collaboration on local needs and issues, and encouraging a legacy of giving through grants, scholarships and events.

The ROCK Youth Center focuses on 6th through 12th grade students.  The mission of The ROCK is to provide every youth with unconditional love, support, a safe environment, guidance and a model of healthy behavior.  The ROCK accomplishes this through on and off site quality programs and events.  The ROCK also has an emphasis on life skills development in teens and MITI is a key component in meeting that objective.
