Nicole Morreale – In Her Own Words

“It was 2021 when this opportunity came up. I talked to a fellow admin, who gave me the information to apply. I had never been an executive assistant, but after landing an interview and hearing from Sharon that I was awarded the position, I couldn’t wait to start!

There’s so much that we do in the community. I was surprised at how much the Community Foundation is involved in. Being a part of it is incredible. Knowing how much we do and our impact on the community, it’s incredible to be close to it.

Working on supporting River Days – that’s my favorite thing. It’s easily my favorite part of the year because I take great pride in working with the balloon pilots. We meet and work with new people at the festival each year!

When I’m not at work, I’m on the motorcycle with my husband or spending time with our three adult children. We love to go camping and hiking! I’m also a proud Delta College student where I’m pursuing a postsecondary degree.

I look forward to helping Midland become a more inclusive community, a place for everyone to thrive. This place should be for everyone. I love Midland. I’m a proud ‘Chemic mom,’ and I only want good things for our community.”
