Alice and Earl Ziegler were, above all, kind and caring. They were dedicated to their family, friends, and neighbors and deeply involved in the Midland community, from Dow Chemical to MCFTA and from memorial Presbyterian Church to Midland’s Habitat for Humanity and Salvation Army. They were remarkably compassionate, progressive and philanthropic and placed special importance on literacy, literature, and education. Their Midland Area Community Foundation scholarship provides a wonderful reflection of their values and reminder of their legacy.
