To provide an annual scholarship award(s) to a graduate of a Midland County High School who is pursuing an education in fashion/clothing design, retail merchandising or interior design. The applicant must have a grade point average of 3.0 or better and must communicate their passion and commitment to the industry in their scholarship application.
