Elder / Civitan Scholarship Fund #00254

The Elder/Civitan Scholarship Fund provides an annual scholarship award to a college student who has some handicap or disability, or who will be studying to work with disabled individuals.

From the fundholder:

Max and Jean Elder, long time Civitans, wanted to set up a scholarship that honored Civitan. They wanted an opportunity to offer a college scholarship to either a person with a handicap or disability or a student pursuing a field of study with the intent of helping people with disabilities.
