To provide an annual scholarship award to a Midland County high school graduate who has declared a pre-dental college major and has accumulated college credits to have completed their sophomore year. Dr. Redman was committed to his profession for 36 years. Therefore the recipient must display this same dedication by having maintained a GPA of 3.2 or higher, participated in extracurricular activities and held a part-time or summer job.
