To provide grants to help expand the number of students involved in Midland Public School high school athletics by providing assistance with activity fees for students whose families struggle to afford these fees. The grants will be distributed such that they meet a certain criteria. If activity fees were no longer required by the schools, the fund would provide assistance with other athletic-related expenses for families in need.
