To provide an annual scholarship award to one or more graduating seniors from Clare High school who have demonstrated activity and participation in the community outside of school, successful academic performance, and participation in school extracurricular activities (i.e. sports, fine arts, BPA, FCA, FFA, etc.). All three criteria should be apparent and none should be weighted more heavily than another. Good citizenship qualities should also be considered.
