To provide an annual scholarship award to a Midland County or Dow College Opportunity Program graduate who is currently a junior or senior-level college student pursuing a STEM (Science Technology Engineering Math) related field of study. Preference should be given to graduates of the Dow College Opportunity Program at West Midland Family Center, grade point will be taken into consideration in the selection process and scholarship recipients may reapply.
