SOS Animal Rescue Personal Pet Assistance Fund #00555

To provide grants to benefit residents of Midland County who cannot afford the cost of providing primary care for their family pet. Primary care includes but is not limited to spay/neuter surgery, routine or emergency veterinary care, food and supplies. This fund does not cover veterinary care that is cosmetic in nature such as tail docking, ear cropping or declawing. This fund is not for use by any shelter or for pets that are not privately owned or to cover capital or operational expenses for any organization.
