To provide an annual scholarship award to a graduating senior, returning student or a non-traditional student who demonstrates financial need. This scholarship is open to any course of study but preference will be given to students’ pursuing a degree in chemical process technology/chemical process operator or Child Development. The recipient must be a graduate of a Midland or Gladwin County high school or reside in these counties.
