Public Arts Midland Project Archive: 2020
Art Plays
2020 was the year of the Painted Piano Project.
Community artists were invited to create interactive pieces of art by painting pianos. Collaborative and engaging, these pianos were placed throughout town as an art installation for 2020. We hoped to inspire our community to play, create, and connect.
Thank you to all the artists who volunteered their time to create these painted pianos, to the businesses that hosted them, and to the community who sent us so many great photos of them being enjoyed!
