Local students earn scholarships
215 Midland County students were awarded 318 scholarships totaling $764,700 at our award’s night event on June 4th. Since 1974, the Midland Area Community Foundation has partnered with local donors to offer a continuously-growing number of scholarships to local students. Donors include individuals, businesses large and small, and higher education institutions.
During the awards night, students got a chance to meet the donor(s) behind their scholarship. We like to think this format encourages students to consider giving back to their communities someday. Congrats to all!
