To provide an annual scholarship award to a graduating senior from Bullock Creek High School, Midland High School or H. H. Dow High School who has attended this high school for at least two years. The applicant must have a 3.0 or higher grade point average, display financial need and must attend a state supported four year college or university in Michigan.

Established by their daughter, Ann Hunemorder Moore, in memory of her parents. Funded by both Ann and her sister, Susie Dirks. Ann was an elementary school teacher in both Midland and Traverse City.
