To provide an annual scholarship award to a graduate of a Midland County high school who is attending either the University of Michigan or Michigan State University pursuing study in Chemistry, physics, mathematics, engineering or pre-medical. Preference will be given to individuals with a high school grade point average of 3.5 or greater and those who have financial need.
